Brittany was kind to work with and her team is very nice. With so many people a part of the loan process, sometimes communication was lost in translation and at times she was available to speak with. We were still verifying forms 2 hours up to the closing on the house which was rather stressful. But in the end, everything worked out and we were able to close.

Michael Lee was great when working with him. It was once it got to the processor where communication was terrible. I had to email to get updates. I also can not believe it took almost 8 weeks to get a refinance done.

Being that I am young and didn't have much knowledge of the home buying process, I didn't think I'd be able to get financed. But with the awesome help of Jason I was able to buy my first home at the age of 20. Along the way he was able to answer all of my questions and break things down so I was able to understand the whole process.

I rated it Great because it was not an in between the just ok and great. Service was good with Kevin, however more explanation around certain events that was taking place leading up to closing would have been nice. We were up to the wire and the anxiety to close required more communication to status.

Greg was great, but I would rate the overall experience as good (which wasn't an option). He went above and beyond in helping us solve a problem that came up at the last minute. Other staff members were accessible and helpful as well. However, we were sellers and buyers in the same morning, and it was very disconcerting to get a call from an associate I had never had contact with 30 minutes before close to make sure "our numbers were good" on our home purchase.
