Pouyan Narani was a good agent. New American had some issues. On the radio they stated a 3.9% APR and when all was said and done ours with 4.2% with costs built into the loan, so the advertising was not accurate. Also at closing, it took longer to close and get the funds than promised, but that almost always happens in California.

It was better than Just OK but I am not sure GREAT is applicable. GREAT would be accomplishing the process in a shorter time and with fewer delays.

Michael was a good agent, I don't think I did enough homework myself, or was presented with every option available. There was lack of communication on my part with some unexpected things in life that michael put up with and worked with me still. I was disappointed with being told we wouldn't be paying certain months especially after the loan amount went up. But that wasn't the case we still ended up paying and when we tried to get it reversed we were told we couldn't agent should have stopped .
