I worked with Jerry Ruiz on prequalifying for my loan. At that time we didn't know we would seek and find a newly built home. I've very disappointed with NAF for taking the loan away from Jerry. I didn't work with Nate at all. I only received emails. Although I'm sure he's good at his job and professional I had no real interaction with him and that's why I answered the way I did for the survey.

A little more explanation about charges that occurred at the end. Felt a little blindsided on the point buy down that we signed for but did not hear about it. It would have been nice to hear it verses finding out from our Escrow Officer that we owed money. Everything else was great but disappointed that we were told, "You signed for it" but never explained to us. Aaron and Chrissy are great people though. Very polite and respond quickly when you need questions answered.

I felt at the front end of working to get the loan, I received great service. At the end, where we were trying to close and get the deal done, I felt Kelly worked hard to check on tasks due from everyone but Jeff disappeared. This was a disappointment after following all loan and escrow recommendations to have 5 days trying to get a deal done.
