I felt like we were a constant bother. Many of the emails I received were from various people and I usually needed clarification of what they were asking for. The selling and buying of a house is very intimidating and much of the vocabulary was unknown to me. Sometimes the names in the emails were wrong and that led to even more confusion. I would have liked to have had someone take the time to walk us through what they wanted and what we needed to do. In the end it got done.
