Satisfied with overall results but overall methods and lack of communication could have been better. She was never available by phone. Repeat information requested via email resulting in confusion and duplicate work. Provided and called our home phone multiple even though we repeatedly expressed it was not the best way to contact us. This resulted in more than one missed deadline with the appraiser.

It was good. I didn't indicate it wasn't memorable. I didn't like constantly being routed to this person or that person during the whole process. After the initial meeting I was told this one specific person would handle it from there. That didn't prove to be the case. Teresa did oversee them, but didn't have much communication with her except for initial and final meeting. Final meeting with Title co, too much chit chat about Christmas parties, instead of attending to matter at hand.
