It took almost 3 weeks for him to contact the appraiser; then the appraiser took 2 weeks to give them the report. Then they waited another couple weeks to tell me repairs needed to be made. Patrick was helpful and responsive. Most of the issue was when I got passed off to another person and I feel like the issues may have been because of that but I'm not sure.
