Brandon was not readily transparant on what options I had for closing cost assistance, in particularly the NAF Pathway to Homeownership program. During my closing appointment at the title office, it took NAF 40 minutes to finalize their portion. It would not have been an issue, but there was zero communication from NAF during that period. No one answered multiple emails and calls in our attempts to get an update. We did not even have an initial confirmation that they started processing it.

Zo, made the process very easy. We had a few minor bumps in the road toward the end, but Zo was very responsive to emails and calls and stayed in touch with us the whole time. He was great to work with!

Honestly, Cindy. The loan process as a whole was actually fairly easy and we are grateful for that, given how stressful our financial situation was at the time. Mike was great at the beginning of the process, but he did become less responsive once Cindy entered the picture. As i have stated before, she was phenomenal and we could not have asked for better treatment than we received from her.
