This was a refinance transaction from an existing NAF loan. The documentation and the number of times each item had to be restated to satisfy whom ever was excruciating! The person I was interacting with did her best but it became obvious underwriting was doing their best to chase me away. Scott intervened a couple of times helping me to remain involved. I believe you need to make known ALL the information needed up front to avoid over 50 back and forth communications and 60 days of suffering.
