Sean was easy to work with long distance and made himself readily available to answer questions. He also gave me status updates when progress changed. Sean deserves 5 stars across the board by, due to the Sr. Loan Officer’s, Ms. Housworth, lack of professionalism and her speaking to my buyer and me with very rude and unprofessional mannerisms, I could not give 5 stars across the board. Her rudeness and lack of care for the client and myself almost shattered the deal. Sean was great!

Dear Scott, We did not like how long it took to get our money. We did not like the idea that your underwriters wanted paperwork that you already had. There was nothing changed in my status with the va. I had to send you papers that you already had in your possesion over 3 or 4 times . W e have no problem with you Scott. We enjoy doing business with you not the rest of your company.

Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful at first, but it became increasingly difficult to communicate with Scott and April as the loan progressed. It would take days to get a call back on certain questions we had and we felt left out of the loop.
