During the process, we went from thinking we were going to close early, to having to reschedule because we fell out of contract. Your company was notified that I would be out of town for a week prior to this process even starting. Also, midway through the process, I was offered a lower rate in exchange for taking a 6 hour class and a fee. I was very upset that your staff did not find this offer sooner, so that I could have taken advantage of it before my trip.

Very grateful for all the help that Neil render to me and my family. Neil took over all the processing and documentation required to complete my loan. My loan were in holding for more than six months with little action with the previous agent. When Neil took over my loan it was process on time in matter of weeks. Thank you very much Neil, very outstanding job you did for me and my family.
