Shane did what he could, throughout the loan process unfortunately during the process after things left him, (processor/underwriter) things were missed, and handled last minute, which caused delays and were extremely frustrating

Wasnt really any issue with Shane. The whole deal was a mess til close. Had a friend i referred. Liked his loan process. Sucks you dont do a referral award. Probably make more sales that way
