It seemed like the paperork requests were way overboard. I had to submit the same paperwork over and over. I was put off by this.

HI-- the 5 stars is a good idea but difficult to do...I kept trying to make it 5 stars and it kept changing a slight change of blue and when I finally thought I had it after multiple tries) it said I had not even done 1 star. Strange- I had to start over still not knowing if it was recognizing my keystrokes. I do not want this set of comments above posted. I would like to say that I would use this group again- I thought the service was knock your socks off.

It was going good til she got rude for a missed understanding. And her attitude was what made me dislike my experience with her..but other than her attitude.. she is good at what she does...and I am grateful for her help
