In our case, the process was fast, and that created some inherent difficulties that I'm sure we (the buyers) don't fully realize. I appreciate and admire the speed with which Amber and her team executed our funding in order to get us into the home. That said, there seemed to be some communication break downs among the team members that caused some additional speed bumps. In the end, I'm thankful for all that they did to get us into our new home and appreciate their help.

I wanted to know more about the process and steps to take. Some things should have been communicated in a more informed manner. I feel like I found out about things in an after the fact moment. It should be asked beforehand if the clients want step by step information or not at all. These questions should be asked ahead of time. She communicated the interest rate break down really well. However, phone conversations happened less often then I would have liked. Making confusion obvious.

If the closing would have happened on time, as stated on the contract or at least let everyone know ahead of time that it was being delayed.

Deb got right on it in a last minute finding of things not done by a former employee that could have post poned buying my house. That was a pretty stressful situation, but she handled it great.
