Everything went fine and in this uncertain time the purchase of a house can be very emotionally draining for all involved. I had a fine experience with the process there was just instances when I had to ask for clarification or for answers that I felt should've been given without having to be asked.

Rob gave us a great rate and worked quickly! However, it felt like he sometimes cut corners, which led to confusion, circling back, submitting items multiple times, and questions about security of personal information. We only worked with Rob occasionally, and more often worked with his team, who he did not introduce to us - we would just suddenly receive an email from yet another different team member. We stayed with Rob because of his low rate, not because of his quality of service.

She was very helpful up front, but when we asked for additional paperwork or questions to be answered (we are first time homebuyers so we had a lot to learn) she wasn't always willing to explain the steps, more just "you need to do this"

Complete information that homeowners insurance is not going to be included in my loan. I'm paying for a leak in the garage out of pocket. It's an old pipe and new leaks are appearing randomly. It's a big headache.
