The survey was hard to take because it is not nuanced enough. Shelley is the most knowledgeable professional and an amazing in sales. I enjoyed every minute of our interaction. She made it so easy. I also loved that she was empowered to make decisions and that she worked late into the night to secure a deal for us. The overall experience was not as good because the process took forever - not Shelley’s fault at all. Rates kept going down in the market with my friends securing better loans. T

Matt and their team did a good job with the loan overall, however at multiple points during the process I felt at a lost with little to almost no communication.

Overall the experience was good and the team did great in helping me I just felt like there could have been more communication to help it run smoother and faster. I felt like there were pieces of information we both missed that could have helped move things along to save hundreds from keeping the interest rate locked. There were also moments I felt out of the loop and unsure where things were. I appreciate all the hard work put into this refi for us.

A lot of people are sending messages to us and we are confused who we were supposed to talk to. It would have been better if we just talked to one. One person gives us different numbers then when we asked Vicki, she would give us a different number. Although those numbers are approximate, they should be the same . Whoever is doing the loan should be communicating to each other so their numbers Jive. Not just throwing in approximates. Borrowers gets confused why the numbers are different.

At the beginning of process it seemed like individual was straight up a straight shooter, but as the process progressed it seem like there was a lack of information being shared and we started dealing with more than one individual which started making the process confusing as one individual stated one thing another a different topic felt overwhelming especially for first time home buyers. Other than that friendly individuals.
