Jason engaged with my wife and I early in our home buying process, and laid everything out clearly and concisely to help us understand our options. Jason and team were also very responsive in answering all of our questions. In our case, we furnished all financial documentation and signed all loan disclosures early in the process, so loan closing went very smoothly. Jason did a great job. Hallie however made the experience confusing and frustrating because of her communication. If I hadn't called Jason to get some straight answers we were going to cancel the whole thing. She was unclear in what she wanted from us and wouldn't reply to my emails even though I was replying to hers.
