Better communication would have been appreciated. There were weeks with no word where I didnt know what was going on. I had to keep reaching out for updates instead of just being informed by someone. Responses also took long.

I have worked with Castle and Cooke on a number of mortgages. This time took almost 3 months and everytime I wanted to find out where we were I needed to reach out. A little more communication and info about the length of time due to to much workload would have been appreciated

There was a slight miscommunication about the type of loan and I was hoping these issues would have been addressed early on and not before closing. Fortunately, Brent was able to rectify the situation immediately after we had discuss the issue.

Roccio Acosta is a disastrous representation from New American. Caused our mutual clients, the title company and my self so darn much grief it is not even measurable at the worst of the worst. Anna came into the picture later and had to clean up the mess.

It was a good experience, but I think your company may be handling too many refi and mortgages at once. There were several documents requested and provided more than once. Discussions about accounts were had several times, and we got the impression that we started the process on the front end, missed some things, then didn’t look at it again until the week before closing. We appreciate the refi, but we would have been more likely to have closed on time, and had better service with a smaller c
