Tom and his team are experienced in this business. They helped my family and I make a co-signing experience loan possible. The only downside, and I know a good part of this is due to the inundation of loans and refinances that happened, but communication / updates were infrequent. Delays didn't bother me but I felt in the dark often. Whether an automated email or a quick phone call, something like this occasionally would have made me feel like my loan had not been lost in the shuffle.

It was our first time dealing with a government backed mortgage versus a conventional bank mortgage and all the small details were not communicated with the reasoning stated on the abundance of applications being considered. Outcome of funding was completed as promised

Pat was very professional and easy to communicate with during the transaction. He was able to react to changes in the closing date without stress.
