Alyssa communicated very well and effectively and was always available to answer my questions, but the processing team did not. The contract deadlines were met, but there was a lot of stress for me and my realtor. Additionally, the processor kept contacting me almost daily for additional paperwork and questions that could be answered if she'd only read what I sent her. The loan booked, but overall not an easy application process. Very laborious.

This process was a lot different than what I have experienced before. Not sure why, but glad after the very long process. Some things I felt were unnecessary and communication could be better.

We appreciate all Beau's help and it was great working with him. Beau did an excellent job of responding timely and working with a sense of urgency to get our loan processed as quickly as possible. It would have been nice to have better email communication and documentation for our records of the discussion.

The refinancing process is new to most customers. Consistent communication on the next steps and setting expectations (Including timing) would have been helpful. Also, there seemed to have been a misalignment between the loan officer and ‘production assistant’.

The refinancing took longer than anticipated. I understand that the demand was overwhelming, but I would have liked more updates regarding how much longer it was going to take.
