The overall loan process was disorganized compared to our experiences in the past. We had to sign documents multiple times, things got lost, dates moved. Could be due to the high volume. Good news is Josh and Mona were polite and provided instant friendly customer service throughout the process, which alleviated the pain.

Somethings I didn’t understand with the process in the beginning considering I’m 22 yrs. old and this being my first time buying a home.. I wanted to get a better understanding and ask questions but I just didn’t feel comfortable all the time... Micheline StFleur was snappy sometimes and seem to get agitated easily when I asked questions I didn’t understand...However,every experience wasn’t a bad one... Tiffany Steel and Andrew Petrar are nice ppl they made the process much easier!!!

Lack of communication from the processor and last minute request of documents that could have been requested weeks prior. Was not very pleasant.

We were given a one day notice that closing would have to be done the next day. We made arrangements to be there and then the title company did not have the closing documents when we arrived. Not sure who dropped the ball but everyone knew our appointment was at noon and no one bothered to call and tell us nothing was ready
