Marti was great. Always very helpful. We did have some issues with the processor. We consolidated some debts. Some of the payments made were incorrect, paperwork was lost, we were not provided with all of the items needed in a timely manner, etc.

It would have been nice to let someone know that I was refinancing and didn't have to make a payment. I was receiving messages and phone calls, almost daily saying that I was late in my payments. Everything else was great and done ?? well. I thank you for your time.
