Mark was really easy to work with and provided timely communication. Overall my experience was not so please try as after the initial loan application there were several issues that were not resolved in a timely manner due to inefficiencies in the processing dept - ultimately delays that occurred ended up in my having to pay $620 for extending the rate lock. I really don't know what processing mortgages entails, so I can't rate it fairly. The time in processing my client's loan took longer than we expected. However, I appreciate all the work in getting us to closing.

The requests from information from Tony's team were often spaced out quite a bit. In one case I specifically asked what information was needed to explain a check deposit into my account. Around a week later I was asked to provide a signed letter to explain the very same deposit, and this request was a week from the closing date. I would advise increasing staff if they cannot handle their workload or to take on fewer loans.

There was a lot of downtime in the middle of the process that we were unsure what was going on. We initially were told it would only take a month and it ended up taking almost three months. The rate received was fantastic but the changes that we had to sign off on due to how long the process took were never communicated very well so we always had to sit down and figure out what changed and why.

Communication was sporadic and poor, often confusing or incomplete. I realize there is a lot of activity at the moment that likely influenced that but nonetheless should have been better.

Some documents were repeatedly requested. It took over two months to finalize close. The notary was asking me to complete a form that i had alreadly completed electronically, e.g Ownership form, number of loans i have, etc.
