Kalee was great. There were several issues after initially signing that caused me to rate lower. 1 - the process took way too long, almost 3 months to close 2 - extra documents were required at the last minute to close, and these were difficult ones to obtain, thankfully I had contacts who could get them for me 3 - there was very little communication throughout the process, the file was given to someone else to complete, emails came from one account but signed with a different name, etc.

There was almost a week in the middle of the process where I had no clue what was going on and nobody responded to my queries which left me feeling very uneasy. Outside of that period, when in contact everything went well.

Michael was great! Problem was that i have cell and connectivity issues with my devices and had a hard time communicating. Also, I had a hard time understanding some of the documents that were needed. I didn’t know where to find them, it was frustrating. Michael hung in there with me and didn’t give up helping me refinance. His determination is an asset to your company yet i will say both Michael and Lateshia could better understand that not everyone is familiar with refinancing a home.
