Switching loan officers was a bit of a hassle. The signing was rough due to a missed appointment. Communication was good and it felt like I had good guidance. as a senior, it can be a little intimidating to do it all electronically, and I didn't always have access to needed technology links on my end.

Jeff was very knowledgeable and professional. The staff was nice but I had to make corrections on the application for them, also, the questions about our ethnicity stated we declined to answer when in fact no one asked. The and the flood cert was showing an areal view which was incorrect. When I asked about it and told them it was incorrect they said that I was still in a flood zone. No other explanation or corrections.

The beginning of the process went great and Patrick was very helpful, he did an exceedingly great job. However, it took almost three weeks longer than what was on our contract because the underwriter continued to need to review the appraisal and then they were asking for documentation from our builder a few days before we were supposed to close. I feel this would not have taken as long had we been dealing with a local bank.
