Well Ricky was a great communicator, the back office staff was horrible in their communications with my clients. Example, the borrowers did not even get the closing wiring amount until 1030 the evening before closing scheduled at 9 AM. It created stress and frustration with the buyers. Need to improve the support system for Ricky.
