The underwriting process was highly disconnected and lacking communication. Also received highly inaccurate cash to close information, and the underwriter was completely unavailable for the date of our closing leading to extreme stress and difficulty.

Your company is a disaster. I had such an terrible experience and I will never refer anybody to your company. Lack of knowledge, lack of communication, and lack of professionalism. Once I got a hold of Dave Shaw, it went better. He is amazing. He actually made things happen. Other than Dave, overall experience is a zero. I’m just so happy to be done with your company and be over it so I can move on with my life.
