When the closing costs went up because Zillow no longer had a rate published, I asked why. The response I got was "things change" without any explanation as to why. Other than that, it was a good experience.

The underwriters office seemed to drop the ball on my loan. I believe the first Person had to be replaced with another Person to finish the job. I had to call to see what was going on Mr Maxfield Was very pleasant and tried to Always be helpful.
