Delaram, when you got involved, it was helpful. Overall, we have had a rough time with the last 3 transactions. We constantly had to ask where the files were at in the pipeline. I feel that if we had not asked, they would not have gotten to the title company on time.

For the majority of the process, everything went quickly and with electronic signatures it was easy. We ran into some issues that we weren’t expecting and it caused some delays in our refinance.
