Refi process was made smooth and easy. Some additional communication, I felt, was needed with the discount and loan amount changing from NAF over the iterations of the loan amount. With that said, overall experience was very positive and I would certainly recommend NAF to others.

Since I was new to this process I wish I was more in the loop. I usually had to call to get information. When I did call everyone was very helpful, but when information or inspections were needed I would rather have known as soon as possible.
