We appreciate that you were able to find a solution to our refinancing needs. That was the great part. We had some issues with communication that was less than ideal and some information that was vital to the timing of the refinance that was overlooked for several weeks. This caused some added stress and work on my part that could have been avoided.

I know you loan agents are very busy, but I felt like Matt never had time to call me when I needed help seems we mostly communicated with emails. He is a good guy and very knowledgeable on loans but I like the human touch a little bit more.
