Felt the underwriters and Shayla N, did not look at the loan amount and financial documents needed. It was very hard to get responses from Shayla N. This loan amount should have been easy to process and able to do under my husband's income only. I asked for calls from someone other than Shayla, who told me her hands were tied, and she could not send to underwriters unless we provided all documents. FINALLY, we stopped the process because it was ridiculous. We received a call from Chris.
