Terrible communication with loan processing and repeatedly asked the Same questions about 4 times had to fill out the same answers to the same questions. Know one gave us a commitment to finance in writing.

Lori Gray's communication was fine, but our 825+ credit rating, impeccable credit history and zero debt did not mean much when the underwriters took over with their excessive requests for documentation and questions regarding transactions as if we were hiding something. And, in the end, the early promise of no points, or percentages of points, was voided when the final interest rate of 4.375 plus 1/8th point was created with no time to seek options. Should have paid cash for the house.

Wish he would've communicated more with us. It would've been more helpful to have each step explained rather than just a brief explanation of the steps. As first time homebuyers it would have been better to have more detailed information.

need more timely communication. I had to duplicate a lot of work which was stressful. However, I did get a lot of important information from my loan officer that I was unaware of, so thanks for helping me in the end.
