This is the second time I've used NAF. I've also referred my co-worker, my best friend and my Dad to NAF. My co-worker is in the middle of her loan process right now actually. I'd use NAF again and overall I'm very happy with my experience. However, I did have a hard time getting return phone calls. I imagine it's a very busy season for new mortgages so I get it but that is maybe one area that could be worked on. Thank you for handling my refi.

Dave and his team did a good job of requesting information from us in an easy manner. They were responsive when we had questions. Overall they made the mortgage process easy for my wife and I to navigate.
