Hi. My experience was far better than "fair," but that was the closest option. :) There were certainly fluid moments that worked as expected, so my rating is based largely on the process. It seems there's loads of opportunity to better organize it, so it's less disruptive, piece-meal, etc. Kathy and Susan (the two representatives I worked with most often) were both professional, friendly, helpful, and smart. My "fair" applies to the actual process, which seemed unneccasarily clunky. :)
