My overall experience has excellent with one major setback. The loan papers were not at Escrow in a timely manner. I traveled from out of town with a truck and a load of furniture only to be met by not yet closed escrow. People had to scramble and stay open late and Really do backflips in order to not make the situation worse. Explanations to me of how busy you are do not compensate for the fact that I was left on the sidewalk unable to access my property could you have done all of your job in

Wonderful experience with New American Funding, Jesse was great and kept me on track with all necessary paperwork. My only hiccup during the process was only with FHA loan. It doesn't allow unmarried significant other on the title and was not made aware of it until the day before the closing which put a little stress to the process. Otherwise I was able to close without any problems. I Definitely recommend New American Funding.
