Fewer people involved in the process. I dealt with 5-6 different individuals. More streamlined would be preferred. Meeting deadlines was outstanding. Mr. Boehm did a great job in explaining things up front and keeping us posted throughout the process. Overall, felt as though process went relatively smoothly.

I wish I would have been able to work with just one person rather than three different people. Also, we had to amend the loan contingency date two times. I took your businesses advice on a new date. You did not meet that deadline but noone got back with me when I tried to ask about it. During the process I was asked for many things which was fine. I wish those request were all made a few at a time rather than one at a time. This required so much communication with the listing agent & the seller

Rita and her team were available to answer my questions , even on my crazy schedule. What would have made it great would have been being assigned one agent and not having to respond to emails coming from different people

I don’t know what would have made the experience better because I have nothing to compare to, but expectations were met and it sounds like Ty had a lot to do with our offer getting accepted over others. Things went fairly smoothly, but there was never a “wow” moment.

Sending the same documents to people that work in the same office was time consuming and a bit overwhelming. It appeared to be a lack of communication with the staff.At times one person would tell me something, then a hour later the conversation would be totally different from someone else. Check emails before calling a client with a things to do list, most likely you have the documents. Set closing times after documents are sent to the Attorney office. I shouldn't have had to wait 2.5
