I was very satisfied working with Arnold. The problem I had was with not understanding why the down payment & closing costs were so much more than what I was told to expect to have to pay. It also differed from what I was informed that I would have to pay out of pocket & what would be figured in with the loan. Which cost me to spend a couple thousand more than expected. That was money I intended to use for furniture and other items. Now I don’t know what I’m gonna do. I’m just glad it’s done.

My husband really is the main one who dealt with this process. Per my conversations with him, he was really disappointed that it took him multiple conversations to get the loan paperwork to agree with what he had discussed that the terms would be.

I know there is a lot of business in the industry right now, but I didn't always feel kept up-to-date on the progress. When I did interact with Antwaun, he was very pleasant and professional. I was disappointed that I had sent two emails stating I am married, but the documents stated single. This error caused a delay in the signing process and required the lawyer to come out twice. There was nothing with the process that made me feel like this was the best re-fi option out there, 'just okay'
