The mortgage processor Jose Espinoza was a total nightmare to work with. Very rude, short and seem like he was working against the client and all parties involved to get the deal closed. Total nightmare!

Tom and his team did a good job, all in all. There was one point where we had a hard time getting hold of his assistant, and the team did not seem quite as on top of it as they were in our process a couple of years ago. Still, a great team.

The overall experience was ok. However, the interaction between members of the team was less than appropriate. Customer service is key. Sometimes it did not feel like that was the case.
