Justin kept up with interest rates and made sure he got us the best rate. The pre-approval process was easy and Justin coordinated with my realtor to make sure deadlines were met. Justin was also at our closing, which I thought was nice, since you dont see that much anymore.

Not sure about the process of getting loan in Florida, my other experience in other state was much better than this one, had to provide too many documents over and over, but I am happy overall, the loan officer was really nice and answered my questions right way with positive attitude and help to get all documents, i just didn’t understand the process.

I'm a first time home buyer so the whole process was a bit over whelming. I understood that there would be lots of information requested from me but I really felt like I was constantly working with a time line in having to turn information over very quickly & in return the feedback I received on where we were with the process was not always communicated. This was more from the support team where I felt like everything was very last minute & a not so pleasant experience.
