Started my loan process with Kendrick with lots of hope and promises, and the it was transferred to Luis to work on with no consideration of past promises my loan file was completed with bare minimum communication. Grace was my loan processor, who the only one available to my calls and emails all the time, she kept me well informed with the status and progress all the time.

Larry was very polite and quick to respond to any communications. My frustrations were in some struggles getting documents from one loan officer to another or being told not to worry about a piece of information only to receive a generic form e-mail two days later requesting the same information again.
