I chose great only because my experience was better than just ok but not really great. I realize that current societal situations had something to do with it, but it did still seem like it took an unusually long time to complete this process. The first initial communication between Miss Ashley and I myself was on June 10th. And here it is the latter part of August and we just signed all the documentation.

Beth stayed in constant communication. The underwriter was not very good- so she had to regularly interact. Not sure if it’s Covid-19- but this was the most difficult loan we have ever obtained. Very frustrating and many requests were ridiculous.
