Communication between me, the assistant, and the loan processor was sometimes muddled, contradictory, or slow. Anytime I was able to speak with Tom he was patient, informative, and helped to sort things out.

It took some prodding to get the loan closed on time. I felt it more energy had been spent on getting the loan processed instead of telling me why it would take 45 days, things would have gone much smoother. In the end, Mr. Johnson stepped up to the plate and got it done.

Overall I always felt he had my best interests and wanted to help me the best he could. I believe it is more on the company having poor communication causing major delays in getting answers to questions that I had. Rick was always a pleasure to speak with though. Always upbeat and seems to enjoy what he does.
