Everything was just fine but three areas that need improvement. First, we are out of state and we were told early on in the process that we could do a Zoom closing. As we got less than a month out and I inquired about that, we were told by one of Kelley’s team members, that is up to the attorney. We called the attorney and were told that we would NEVER have been able to do a Zoom closing since we did not live in the state of GA. First glitch in the system. I guess there is not room for other

Kelley was extremely nice. The loan officer was extremely unprofessional. I was given misinformation multiple times. I felt as if some questions asked were unprofessional. I really hope no one has the same experience I did.
