I had a mostly good experience, not great. The communication was somewhat lacking, for example, I arrived at the closing for my home and had not been advised of the final amount due at closing. Throughout the process, I had seen many different amounts and I brought this concern to Jose, but was told that it will change many times up until closing, however the final amount was never communicated to me, until I was in the attorney's office and at the closing, which created a very stressful scene

Work with José was very good, but 2 days after our closing I sent a new prospect to him, 1 day, he said that he called the lady and he promised me to call her nex day, she sent a message to me saying that he did not call her, now I have to call her with no excuses... I understand that he is busy but he should let me know because at the end of the day, realtor and loan officer works as a team

There were several times I'd ask a specific question and get one answer, then be told something different the very next day. We would receive papers to sign always in an URGENT manner when we needed to look over them. A day to digest things is nice to have. Attention to small details is important to me and some things were looked over. We really enjoyed working with you overall and we have learned a lot about the home buying process through you and we appreciate that very much!

the underwriters continued to request additional information after we were told and signed off on the loans being processed. They waited till the 11th hour to request this information and we could of lost our purchase because of this. Fortunately the buyer was willing to wait after our closing date had past and our loans still had not funded we had 2 loans and the were separated when they were supposed to be process simultaneously. You guys saw it through but it became a very stressful process
