Jeff gave us advice on all aspects of the loan process. He was really great with the exception of one piece of advice that ended up costing us money at the closing. We moved fast, and could have had a clearer picture our final mortgage payment numbers. He was great at helping us access a really good deal on our loan with minimal cash for a down payment. Overall, I'd recommend him and his team. Just be sure you press them on getting accurate numbers on everything as soon as possible.

Overall the experience was good. I am grateful I received the support in funding initially that I received and was able to accomplish my goal of owning a home. The communication at times and the lack of follow through at the very end was concerning. I received news of my closing cost changing an hour prior to closing when I requested it days prior. This almost left me homeless. There was no communication or direction given other than pay it. It could have been avoided with better communication.
