Daniel was personable and quick to respond to questions I had. His correspondence was very well done and he did what he could to reassure me of progress being made. That said, the refinancing process took 5 months and am still unclear the real cause of this. Although much of it was likely outside of his control, I find the timeframe unacceptable and impossible for me to reference.

Elizabeth is warm, personable and an all around just great human. I really enjoyed working with her. We had a major hiccup in the entire loan process that caused quite a bit of frustration and delay but through it all I know Elizabeth was working overtime to help us!
