I think that the service my clients received was okay to very good, depending on the time. The thing that was very frustrating for them and for me was the lack of communication. I had to ask for updates. That is not what I am used to from you. And, yes, I understand that you were very busy. But, it was frustrating having my diligent client tell me that she had not heard from anyone.

In retrospect I think having an in-person sit down to go over the numbers would have been best. Relying on us to review left questions in the end that we didn't originally understand. We lost the timing of the market which cost us in the end plus the monies that we anticipated coming back where not as hoped. We went $9K further in debt and came up $2K short on the new windows that were going to be paid off with the refunds and savings on payments.

My interaction with Ken was pleasant most times. It was hard to reach him at times. I know I was in the peak of everyone buying homes so I do not fault him for that. My experience overall was stressful to be honest. I am a 26 year old single mom attending school online full time pursuing my masters degree and working a full time job soldier. It was very much overwhelming. I felt out of the loop a lot. I closed on my home the end of April with a VA loan. Ken talked me through my frustrations.
