One of your workers (Lee Ann Miller) wrote that one of our submittals of information was "unacceptable" - twice. I can understand if there is a set format that we do not know, but "unacceptable" is not the way to address customers. State "this needs to be in a different format" and why.

BeLinda and dumas team were very nice, professional and very helpful at times. My only complaint would be communication. Sometimes it was hard to reach anyone . But other then that things went smoothly .
