There were 3 days wasted where I didn't get the correct info I needed & it delayed the closing. I would've liked a more hands on, more confident estimate of when my refi would actually close. Instead I was left on my own to wonder. I will say everyone was nice, friendly.

He did a fine job but there were sometimes where I felt email replying took pretty long. Always there if I called but email was a bit under expectations . and then I had to step up and challenge when he said he couldn’t give the level of discount that was promised originally at locking. Fine job but nothing amazing
