I feel that the loan process took way longer than it should have . When I would email sometimes I'd get a pretty fast response , others I'd have to end up calling to get an answer to my question.

It took 3 1/2 months to close a refi. communications from multiple people for fragmented information requests - only Chris seemed to have the big picture but only when I called to ask. Would have liked a faster closing and more consistent communication with fewer people.

I know the communication was at an extreme minimum and the process took forever. The closing was messed up no one showed the first day they were supposed to.

Staff was friendly. Qucik to respond to emails when I asked for updates etc. Would use them again in a heartbeat! And they saved me money!!
