If you want somebody to fight for you no matter what and get you to that closing table, ask for Neil Brisset; we had a lot of downs in my path but I am grateful that he never gave up on me. On the other hand, please re- train Ms. Jennie Strong! (she is a processor) she lacks big time empathy! She is cold, distant and when things got hard, she couldn't care less. It was her way or the highway. Thank you Neil for being my buffer with that women; if it was for her, she would have made me fail!

Richmond and Antoinette were very responsive. I had difficulties with the website portal but they managed to get the documents to me. Richmond was good at explaining things that I was not clear about and straightened everything out for me at the end.
