Joe helped a lot. I wasn't very happy with the length of time this took but overall I understand some of the obstacles that hindered the time. Joe was very informative and I appreciated his candor in this process. Joe was always prompt about returning phone calls and he was patient with my Irish temper. Joe is an asset to your organization and you should not forget that.

My transaction with Julie Yassa was minimal, 2-3 conversations and she was adequate. I chose New American because it was the lowest interest rate. My problem was the total frustration that I had dealing with the loan Processor Steffany Moreno.

Julie told us that our loan would close on-time choosing your company. It didn't. I believe promises shouldn't be given if you can't meet expectations. She did what she could other than that.

Chris has always been great in the numerous loans we have done together. Unfortunately, during this loan process I was unable to get through to him via call text or email. My best guess is that he was overwhelmed with business, but it left me feeling uneasy. A simple text that he was really busy but things are going well would have sufficed.
