We would have like to see a little more transparency in the loan process especially when correction were required in the paperwork. It was not clear to us that our concerns were heard or being addressed. Additionally, the notary for final closing was scheduled on Pacific Time instead of Central Time (where we currently live) which caused the notary to show up very early in the morning which was difficult with a 2 week old baby.

The communication was not sufficient & readably available, the process was too long with misunderstood directions & mistakes ! Clear to the end we were left wondering when the funding would actually get to the previous loan holder! And the cost was more than necessary! Sorry but that is how we felt!

The process took way too long. Joe always does a great job, but the checks took forever to get to use and the accounts they were to pay. Car max still hasn’t received their payment and I must now pay a late charge, push Barcay was over paid by over $200. I don’t understand why you just didn’t transfer the money to my and the venders accounts. That how I pay every vender that allow payments over the Internet. Those I don’t pay this way I use Wells Fargo free pay by mail feature.
