Tanya was great, she did what she could, but the overall communication for this was poor at best. The processor communication was the worst part. They were assuming and rude - their treatment of us was poor. We aren’t struggling for money by any means, but we aren’t bank rolling either. It felt disrespectful at the way NA just assumed that we would have the adequate amount of money to close without every providing a solid amount for us to budget for. It was always a guessing game!

There was a miscommunication between several departments and discrepancies on the paperwork that we got. Corporate was telling us even though we removed our direct pay that the money still might come out of our account even though we have already paid for the last two months.

Kyle Jones did a good job, our issue was our first contact was Jewlian Avila who later left the company and then Lisa Stock both I feel were unprofessional. We continually gave them My husbands phone and email and they continually seemed to not use it. Which caused delays, my assuming that my husband was receiving the emails and requests for info, my husband is the person on the loan. Also Lisa’s emails looked like spam no mention of loan in subject, I skipped over them in my email.
