I would NEVER have expected my clients to mail pay offs (checks) to creditors themselves. I had to look up information and mail all but 1 check to creditors myself. This is poor service as far as I am concerned. I was in banking for 20 years and never once did this to my clients with their loans. If I pay several thousand for a svc I expect this to be done for me.

Everything was done over the telephone or by e-mail or fax. It was fairly quick and I was kept "in the loop" as to what was happening. Patrick was friendly and patient. He was referred to me by a friend.

My disappointment was not with Michael. Michael was very helpful and addressed all of my concerns. There were other interactions I had that didn't go as well because of a language barrier. In particular, there was something I didn't understand and wasn't given a good explanation until Michael interceded and saw to it that I got what I was looking for.
