He was true to his word. Things turned out just as he had told me. I was very skeptical at first due to past experiences with previous lenders that say some things in the beginning but change things when it comes time to close with asking for more money. Austin explained everything in detail.

Overall the service is good. The only things I would change is the following: Being this is a California company I would get calls much later at night being on the east coast. Also, just a more personal touch. Build rapport so I feel more comfortable.

The process stated out wonderfully! As it went on, there were things that weren’t completely explained, or things that had to be redone because the representative misstated what was needed. Then, our closing was scheduled for 8pm and the notary didn’t get to our home until 10:30pm. We had to work the next day!
