Sema informed me throughout and continue to call me. She was great at getting me the best rates even from competitors. The one thing that I wish Sema or New American would do is keeping customers more informed during the closing process. Emailed several times after funds were delivered and papers signed and no email on contacts from anyone at New American. It may not be Sema's fault as the loan was transferred to another associate and he has yet to contact us.

While it took time, the virus situation is to blame. My only bump in the road was paying for my home assetsment when I didn't have to. My contact was sick and couldn't get back in time . Otherwise, I'm very happy with the results.
