Although things started out a little rocky due to the initial loan officer leaving the company, Shane stepped in and worked hard to make sure everything went as smooth as possible from that point on. Along with the help of his supervisor and his team along with the underwriters and processors, I can safely say that I was more than pleased with my experience with New American Funding and would recommend them to my friends and neighbors with confidence!

Very good communication till the last week. Buyer received numbers to close just hours before closing. Luckily she banked local or things would not have closed when they were supposed to snd she could not have taken another day off work. Sean was very polite however.
