Good pricing and experience. The only complaint I have was the couple week delay with lack of communication of any kind. It made me nervous we wouldn’t close. We closed a couple weeks late but that wasn’t a big deal. At the end of the day I received the rate promised and everything went through smooth at signing. Thank You Fellas - Roger

Closing costs changed multiple times, I would prefer to have this nailed down in the beginning. The processor would only send email, which was sometimes not noticed for days on my part, but meant that delays added up. Zo was friendly and would reach out. He was very helpful in setting up and working through the process.

Jason Moore was GREAT!The others from New American Funding made the experience the WORST we have ever been through & that is w/two home purchases & a refinance of our last house.I have received 48 emails from not only Jason but from Marenda Hegler,Matthew Barter,Diane Dorostian, Julie Springer & Jeffrey Keeter.I understand emails going back & forth, but seems like too many hands in this account. I have a lot more to say but this box is limiting me to 500 characters-BAD!
