I started the process in late September and had to wait until December to actually close. The communication could definitely improve. I went with this company because I had the loan with them and thought it would go faster. That was no the case.

Diana was great. Being handed off to multiple people was not the best of times because communication of the other people I felt with was terrible.

The first month if our interactions was great, good communication. The last month or so I'm not sure what was going on but it got harder to contact her. Overall though she is very good at her job and I think whatever personal stuff she had going on may have been a factor.

At first there was no communication with me or the buyer. We were thinking we were ready to close until we tried to get information and no response. Once Kat took over it was better. She got us done in a timely manner considering no work had been done on the file for whatever reason. She gave us her cell number a CD that helped a lot. We also had title problems so that delayed the closing as well. I do thank Kat for her help.
