More communication and documentation review near closing time. Someone to better explain what we are doing and having to sign. Took us 3 times to close because documents were incorrect and poorly explained by new american.

Hass was great and responsive. However, being transferred over to multiple processor's without explanation which caused significant delays in the process was very unsatisfactory. The process taking 2 plus months was also a far cry from the quick service that was promised. The processors were rude, untimely and unprofessional. In summary, Hass was good and is the reason that I stayed with new american.

AJ did an outstanding job and helped me through the entire process. At the end of the day I would say AJ did an excellent job and I would consider him someone I would use again. The negative part of the entire transaction was Tamara Golightly. She would be the one person that would keep me from recommending New American Funding. Tamara gave no direction the majority of the time and was overall less than helpful. She appears to have very little if any people skills and was a frustration for us.
