Clearer communication and response time. Received a phone call from our notary at 2:00 pm letting me know that we had to sign everything that night - and she was not local so she didn't arrive until 7:45 pm. Signing took an hour - due to some questions we had for Dusty. The following day - received an email that some documents were missing signatures from my husband. Had to go in, print, sign and then resend to the contact, who was amazing and let me photo the signed documents thru text.
