I really enjoyed working with Ali--he took the time to explain what was going on and I felt the situation (Other than listed below) was under control. Definitely a fan of Ali! That said, I think New American is struggling with this refi process. Documents were late to post, there was no notification when they did post, closing under Terri Hughey was the worst I've experienced, and the actual numbers from closing are still a mystery--I had to pay to close then got $2,000 back for ????

Last minute required paperwork was very nerve wracking, especially for people who have jobs and can’t immediately respond to signature requests via text or email.

I felt I was not getting enough information initially. The closing got pushed 2 x I just think things could have been done in a more timely fashion. Maybe I just didn't understand the process but we applied on around the first of June and didn't learn there was a problem until June 27th . what was happening all that time. I think we would not have to move our initial closing if things were done sooner. In the end We got the mortgage and closed Thank you

Lindsey is very nice and professional. She worked very hard to help us get into our dream home. The communication in the beginning was very clear but towards the end I feel like we were left in the dark a little. I’m not sure if that is how the home buying process goes because this is the first time I’m buying a home. But in all she did very well and I would recommend her to my friends and family.
