Nothing I couldn't have received through a different loan servicer. He was nice and seemed experienced at his job, but there was nothing above and beyond in terms of offerings with the loan paperwork, timeline, or interest rates.

There was really just no updates unless we asked via email. Also when we signed the final documents at the title company they were missing documents that he was supposed to send over. Just poor communication.

I highly recommend having better, more consistent communication with your buyers/clients, especially for new/1st time buyers that have no idea what's going on when there are lengthy waiting periods and they feel like maybe they've been forgotten about. I know the job is challenging and there are lots of working parts but I think just touching base more frequently whether there's a change in status or not would have been very helpful/comforting for us. Regardless, we are immeasurably grateful! :)
