The process became cumbersome and it seemed I was under the underwriter's microscope. I felt I couldn't spend a dollar in fear of being denied by the underwriter since updated documents were being ask just days away from closing.

The experience was good, at times I feel he had to many personnel staff members involved. That made it confusing at times. He was very knowledgeable. Could be more personal. Instead of just sending paperwork and say sign and send back. Go over the paperwork with the individual which will make the client more comfortable

We continuously supplied information and then were requested the very same information later in the process to different party. It was as if the left hand was not talking to the right. Also, my contact with Craig Johnson was limited to selling me on the loan (for which I originally contacted him).
