I needed a bit more follow-up during the process. When I was handed off to Larry then Johnathan was out of the picture. — all I would get were the automated emails and although Jonathan DID reply AFTER I reached out, I kinda wished he would have reached out in conjunction with the emails. Idk: I suppose he is busy. He mentioned I was not his only client. (I felt like that was not a good answer to my issue— made me feel stupid kinda- I KNOW there are other clients!) So - not great, but OK.

Sam was great! I truly cannot complain about Sam but the process needs improvement. We took an option to get some cash and every time they sent a new outline, the amount of money we were receiving changed. Initially it was approximately $6000 but by the time we closed, we were down to $1800. The cost off the title, assessor, etc... it all went up. They didn’t include our escrow and we had to back pay, taking the cash amount down even more. Again, San was great. The process is messed up.

Everything was really great and we are super grateful for it all, there just could’ve been more communication, just more updates so that I wasn’t wondering what was going on. That would be my only suggestion for communication. Not necessarily with DeAundrue personally, I think more as a team. I just wanted to know the status since it was a long process.
