It feels there were drastic delays and lots of things that I had to proactively follow up on. Granted some I’m sure is due to the pandemic and being short staffed however it has taken 4 months to do what other institutions are completing in 2. Ahndi was as helpful as she could have been and was pleasant throughout the entire process. But several delays and last minute changes by what I presume was underwriting was frustrating to say the least
